Rules for max battles

I thought I'd add a little twist in the max battles. If someone doesn't get eliminated in the space of 4 days then we'll have a vote to eliminate them. Then something will happen in the rp to eliminate them.

and keep in mind the other rules of the battles and finally.

I'll make that other rule for the regular battles. It seems to make it more fair. It isn't fair if someone does the attack and states the effect for the other player.
