Need Stephen King expert, attributed to wrong SK

Some are obviously attributed to wrong SK so they can be moved:

But the rest don't show what book they are from so I am unsure which SK they belong to but suspect that some are mis-attriubuted.

The real SK has 67 pages of quotes so I was hoping an expert would recognize if any of the others belong to him without someone spending too much time searching.
