The cool thing about Audible is the books take up no storage space on shelves in the home and patiently wait to be read whenever you can get to them. I always take advantage of a sale to buy the books I've always wanted to read and try to prioritize my TBR list for the most current ones so I don't fall behind in a series or be the last one to read a popular read. There are always too many good books to read and too little time, but eventually each book's time will come. And besides--especially with BOGO or $4.95 sales--it's a good investment to buy books now because they're not likely to go down in price in the future.

Joy I don't even remember when I had a limited library.
I now have 13,000 + which is one reason why I switched to audible.

My audible shelf here on GR is 1191 and growing thanks to whispersync. At less than $5 for audible I am getting them before they get a lot more expensive.

I do share with my sister and now my son who has moved home to help me in my old age.

When I die some lucky individual or library will inherit all of this and I am sure they will love it as much as I do.

My retirement and life is so enhanced by audible books.
