Jeanie | 4024 comments The cool thing about Audible is the books take up no storage space on shelves in the home and patiently wait to be read whenever you can get to them. I always take advantage of a sale to buy the books I've always wanted to read and try to prioritize my TBR list for the most current ones so I don't fall behind in a series or be the last one to read a popular read. There are always too many good books to read and too little time, but eventually each book's time will come. And besides--especially with BOGO or $4.95 sales--it's a good investment to buy books now because they're not likely to go down in price in the future.

Shirley (shirleythekindlereader) | 493 comments Joy I don't even remember when I had a limited library.
I now have 13,000 + which is one reason why I switched to audible.

My audible shelf here on GR is 1191 and growing thanks to whispersync. At less than $5 for audible I am getting them before they get a lot more expensive.

I do share with my sister and now my son who has moved home to help me in my old age.

When I die some lucky individual or library will inherit all of this and I am sure they will love it as much as I do.

My retirement and life is so enhanced by audible books.
