One where these two people wake up in a an abandoned warehouse with no memory of who they are or how they got there. One of them wake up with a cut across the chest and the other wakes up with a similar cut along the hip. They escape and people come after them, so they have to figure out why.

One where a group of people wake up in an underground part of a hospital, which they eventually break out of and they are 20 years into the future and there are mutated dinosaur like times around and pretty much everything is destroyed.

Two people wake up in an abandoned warehouse, having no idea where they are or how they got there. One of them has a stitched up cut across the chest and the other has one similar looking on the the hipbone. These two people meet up with each other and, with each others help, they escape the warehouse unseen by any of the guards. They find themselves trapped in a strange place, Tokyo, Japan. They are forced to sleep outs die that night, deciding to look around tomorrow. The next morning, they decide to try and figure out who they are and what they were doing in that warehouse, what those people were doing to them.

A group of 6 people wake up in an abandoned part of a hospital that is below ground. The group consists of 4 boys and 2 girls, all of them having a different attitudes. They find their way out of the hospital, when consists of trying to crawl through air ducts to get out. Once above ground, they come to see that hey are in a large city in New York, but everything it destroyed. It looked like a hurricane hit the place. After a look around, the group noticed that there is no one else around and they are being watched from behind buildings and from the forests around them.

For the first, the people that would be coming after them. And for the second, I would guess the monsters and there are still people alive, but they don't find them right away. They raise and take care of the monsters, so them too.
