Amazing in its awful horror.

I just got to April 24, 1945

It's killing me! I'm going to have to read something light and fluffy while I read this because I need something else not so sad to read too so I can get through this.

I thought the things that happened to the people in was bad or even the people in were awful that I didn't think they could get worse. Well, I was wrong!

(view spoiler)[ Did they really experiment on people like that? I cannot even imagine that! How people can even survive that? I don't know, it's just so awful! And it would have been really hard to read if I had to wonder about Roza amd Irina. (hide spoiler)]

Ok I made it to May 3, 1945

I'm so glad I'm reading other books while reading this one too.

My heart just about gave out when (view spoiler)[ Anna gave Rose the death list! And they were all on there! Even Anna! I hope she made it out! And then when Micheline was telling Rose about Elodie having clothes for the Rabbits! At first I thought she was going to say that they came for her! (hide spoiler)]

I cannot imagine (view spoiler)[ walking around my house stark naked for a week!! But I understand not wanting to put those clothes on! (hide spoiler)]

Thank you guys for being so patient with me and this book. I have to take it in little doses, but I do love the writing! Absolutely love it!

It was! It's one that will stay with you for a long time, prob forever!

I even had a little chat with the author! I commented on one of her blogs about being #1 on the Top Ten YALSA. I just said that I loved CNV and told her congrats!
