GR Refuses to Recognize ISBN 007010865X

I was trying to create an entry for "The Music Video Guide" by John Chu & Elliot Cafritz, but ran into a snag. The book's ISBN as given on both the cover and title page is 007010865X. However, GR rejected my entry and returned an error message saying, "Isbn has been marked as 'not a book'." I searched the ISBN on WorldCat and Amazon and both of them recognize this ISBN as being a book. I've never encountered this before and I'm not sure what the procedure at this point is. At some point the record must have looked like a book-related item instead of a book and it was marked as a non-book using the new tool. Unfortunately there's no way for librarians to recover these records if they are books after all; you'll need to contact support and request that the record be reinstated.
