What is your opinion on Clancy? Also, what exactly did he do to her that one time(you know what I mean), I didn't quite catch it.

I LOVE Clancy Gray. The creepy, powerhungry, obsessive ones always do it for me. I LOVE it when he is bad. He manipulated Ruby's mind into doing naughty things. Maybe you should attach * spoiler* to your heading. He manipulated her into kissing him & staying with him, sleeping in his bed.

I know he is evil and all that, but I am completely in love with his character.

I like Clancy he's deliciously evil
The way I saw it was that he was /about to/, ah, 'Have his way with her', because he felt unsettled that there was another uncorrupted Orange. She had her power, and her morals; She could have the cake and eat it too, unlike Clancy.
I'll be honest, I saw many similarities to Warner from Shatter Me with Clancy. Both super powerful, egotistical, obsessive bad guys who want the protagonist. Clancy was definitely fun to read, but I loved Warner waaaaaay more:)
