Please add the book 'Maxine's Story - The Museum of Fractured Lives' to my author profile. I currently have 2 books in my profile - 'One Day for Me' and 'Old Friends'. Many thanks.

Done. You are Sally^^^Jenkins where ^ denotes a space, so to get a book in your profile put three spaces between your first and last names.

Hi Karen,
You need to apply to become a GR author, which you can do so here. Once you're all set up, books will appear automatically on your profile when your author name is entered correctly.
I noticed that your book is a Kindle edition, but that you entered some of the information correctly - you tried to add an ISBN into the ASIN field. As Amazon don't use ISBNs on their site, we always use the ASIN code (which can be found amongst the book information). Kindle books are also listed as "Kindle Edition" from the dropdown instead of ebook.
Forever I have sent an application to be a GR author.The ASIN code is B00FCOE5U0.
I will look on the book's page and change it from ebook to Kindle Edition right now!

Don't worry - I've already updated that information from Amazon! :) Only Librarians and above can change that information, anyway.
I will soon be adding paperback for Forever, as well, so at that point do I need to ask for the ISBN to be added somehow?

But what you will need to request is for these to be combined so that they appear together, a bit like this:
