Hi, I'm a new author on here. I've joined the Author Program (still waiting to hear back and get approval) and I am trying to add my books. The first one I did, I forgot to add the cover. How can I fix this?

Also, the import process is not for adding books to the database; it is for adding books already in the database to your personal shelves.

First of all, we don't actually replace covers of books that have already been published. We instead add an alternate-cover edition. Please see here and here for more information.
With the first one, it appears that there is already a new Amazon Kindle edition with the new cover, here. Having checked Amazon for the edition with the older cover, the cover for that edition hasn't been updated on Amazon, so I have not created an ACE for this.
With the second one... On which edition should the cover be updated? The book you linked to says "ebook", but has no ISBN info. If this is a separate ebook edition rather than a duplicate of the others, please provide an ISBN so I can update that as well.
We can actually update the covers for books that haven't been released yet, as long as the book hasn't been released as an ARC with the previous cover.

OK, I wanted to check because this review and this review say that they received this ebook copy as an ARC, which means we'd have to add a new edition, but this is more complicated by the fact that there is no ISBN on that edition.
Now I'm aware that it's possible that those reviewers could have linked to the incorrect edition, but there are currently 101 reviews in total for this edition.
It might sound a bit complicated, but it's just to make sure we follow all the rules!

Susie, The publisher's version (this one: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... ) DOES have an arc, and an ISBN. But, since both of these editions (the one I never published and the one that is about to publish) are showing under one goodreads profile - all the reviews seem to be combining. In other words, the only place a reviewer has to leave a review is the joint GR page which holds both of the editions.
That all is fine, the only thing I am trying to fix is to remove the temporary cover I posted over a year ago that has the girl covering her breasts. That cover has been confusing readers.
I want to make sure - like you said - that the rules are followed, so if it is impossible to remove that cover, then I understand.

OK, that's fine then! People aren't always very good at choosing the correct book! But we have to make sure.
