Great, Isa! I'm glad you liked it. That Thanksgiving scene is one of the most well known in m/m. :) If you want to read more from her, I suggest her St. Nacho's series, starting with St. Nacho's.
She has a 2nd book with Tristan and Michael it's called What child is this? (I think) it's like a novelette and what I'm hoping a more structured end/final chapter into these two amazing characters. I saw the other book u said so have added it to my TBR shelf. Watch this space xx
Went off the Pick List slightly and read The Love Potion, since I was able to get it on an inter-library loan. I had actually read it in the past and I remember not liking it that well back then. My opinion hasn't changed on it after the re-read either, but I chalk it up to the "everyone deserves a second chance" philosophy.
Victoria, I finished reading Born of Night over the weekend and once again fell in love with it. I am going to try to read another books this week and see what else I can add in there.
Finished my second pick
.Not my favorite in series so far but I do like Eve and Roarke and the futuristic setting of the series.

I haven't read the series in a while...probably should! *goes to add Born of Night to my Meet and Greet shelf!*
Christina,Read my 1st pick Shadows Claim. I really enjoyed it can't wait till she writes the next.
Going on to second Naked In Death.
Hi Joyce, I finished my second pick in the wee hours of the morning. I hate time changes, just messes me up - don't matter which direction we go! Anyway, I read Aria and gave it 4 stars. I enjoyed it a lot, but parts were a little predictable or made me want to smack both MCs upside the head!
I finished a pick,
. It had many funny moments, but the romance felt forced (and rushed). It was good to try a new author, though!
Bre wrote: "Hey Brandilyn,Here are your picks. I hope you find something that you wanted to read. I don't read mm as much as you do so I am not as familiar with most of the books. Let me know if you want me..."
Finished Dance With Me this morning. It was excellent. Going straight to my favorites shelf :) Thanks for the pick.
Starting my second pick today - black Lyon by Jude Deveroux ! A trip to library yesterday turned out good got 4 books for November pick it challenge!! Yay
Finally had to abandon The Princess Bride: S. Morgenstern's Classic Tale of True Love and High Adventure today. I've been trying to read it but the author that abridged the original novel had the VERY annoying habit of doing a "running commentary" throughout the book by telling the reader what exactly he cut out of the book and why. I got disgusted with it and said "no more!" Will have to see what other trouble I can get into...not exactly sure what book to pick next!
Hi KarenH!I've finished two picks so far...
and
. I liked them both - thanks for the recs! I am hoping to also get to these this month -

Just finished my second pick
. It was a great book and very fun to read. I don't know if I'll be starting

I've been kinda struggling with my reading of late...am currently in the middle of two different books. One is a book I am reading for another challenge which is not holding my interest well, and the other is A Promise for Miriam which is really good so far!

Finished A Promise for Miriam this morning. Was a very good book, and a decent Christmas read too, as it mentioned preparing for Christmas quite a bit. I'd never read this author before, and was glad I did! I'll be adding her to my list of Christian authors I like!

Finished Divergent just now...what an awesome book! Similar to The Hunger Games, but just different enough to call it something else entirely. Was a very enjoyable read and am looking forward to others in the series!Probably going to read Extreme Exposure next, as I have it out on an interlibrary loan and can't renew it.

Shelby--I just finished
and really liked it. Thanks for the recommendation--I love the author, but had shied away from some of her early works b/c I tried some that were dated. This one was very fun; I loved the humor. Thanks for the recommendation.
You're welcome Carla! So glad you enjoyed it. :) It's been awhile since I read it, I'll have to go back and re-read it now.
Amy J:I finished my first pick, French Cooking 101. It was just ok for me, it had potential but was just too short to tell the whole story. I do have the 2nd book, so hopefully that will fill in the holes. :D Thanks for the recommendations, I'm definitely planning on reading at least one more...
Hi Laurla, I finished Bed, Breakfast and You this morning. It wasn't really my cup of tea, but I'm happy I finally got to it. Thanks for the push :-)
