An ARC is a proof of an (as yet unpublished) book, sent mainly to reviewers so they can have their reviews ready when the book is published. ARCs are often provided free of charge. Since there might be slight differences between an ARC and the published book, ARCs are often highly sought after collector items.

Maybe ask them here, I'm sure someone can answer them. Of course, you can also try to Google them, although you might get multiple answers.

A review copy is a free copy of a published book provided in exchange for a review.
Never heard of PRC. ARC is the commonly used term.
Sometimes the ARC are referred to as 'galleys', but that's not accurate. Galleys are typeset manuscripts send to the author by the publisher for final approval. If the author finds anything wrong in the galleys, they can be fixed (for a price) by the author prior to publication.

Quoted from wikipedia:
"The first generation Kindle can read only unprotected Mobipocket files (MOBI, PRC), plain text files (TXT), Topaz format books (TPZ), and Amazon's AZW format."
However, ARC is a pre-internet term, just like MS (manuscript) and 'galleys'.
