Very Odd Question

Hi there, I have a sort of weird question... not sure where to put it, but as it touches on the question of uploading covers, here goes:

My grandma wrote this book: - and I got it typed/printed/published for her. (She is dead). I was simply trying to upload the cover to the file on goodreads, and ended up accidentally creating a new posting... here:

Is there a way to combine these or delete the latter and just add the cover to the original posting?

I added the cover to the first one but a SuperLibrarian will have to delete the error book.
