Welcome to the group, Nav. It's lovely to meet you and you haven't previously introduced yourself to the group.
I'm from Dublin and I'm the group's moderator, btw.
Best of luck with the new novel. I hope it's successful and that your writing career really takes off.

Thanks a mil.Declan. I'm still finding my way around Goodreads, as its been a busy year for me with publishing writing and promo work. I stumbled accross the group quite by accident, so hi to you all.
We're a pretty friendly friendly bunch, so if you need help navigating GR don't be afraid to ask, Nav.
Like most things in my life, I'm a self learner and stumble along learning by my errors as well as my victories. I'm one of those people who presses the red button, to see what happens, or takes the boreen, just to see where it leads me.
Every time you press the red button a yacht gets torpedoed in the south Pacific.
Wow! If THAT's true you'll still be pretty unpopular.
Lol!
Lol!
That's it! I'm looking for more red buttons.
Maybe i could figure a way to re-wire them, so they remove cones instead? But does that mean that the yachts get un-torpedoes too..
I think the yachts are a lost cause, Nav. Let's worry about the traffic cones.
good point, Declan. They can always build more yachts. Enjoying Reeling in the Years at the moment. a classic bit if RTE telly
I haven't watched that for a few years, but I really used to enjoy it. A nice dose of nostalgia is needed every now and again.
Nice to meet you Nav. All the best of luck with your book!
Hi Jamielynn and Allan. Nice to meet you. I'm originally from Fermanagh, and occassionally make it up to Belfast, to while away a pleasant hour at Ravenhill. Looking forward to seeing the new stadium, as I haven't been up since they started work
Thanks for the tip Allan. I'm a great fan of Fermanagh GAA also, but for some strange reason I've yet to visit Casement Park. It's probably one of the few grounds in the country I've yet to see. Considering that Clones St Tiernach's Park gets so many of the important matches in Ulster, you would think it would have been revamped before now. Still, many happy and sad memories climbing that cursed hill.I'll put those books on my TBR list.

Hi I'm Nav. I live in Leitrim and love to read. I'm also an author and I'm about to launch my second book, while I'm busy writing away on book three of the Storm-bringer Saga, an epic fantasy.
