Niran | 1842 comments Sure thang :P
Can you make your character first?

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Sure! :D
One moment...

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Name:
Winifred Amelia Chevely

Nickname(s):
Winnie

Age:
19

Species:
Human

Appearance
(view spoiler)

Personality:
Winnie is very intelligent; always with her nose is a book and dreaming of sharing in those adventures. She can be a bit uppity, though, as such a trait comes with a high IQ. Without realizing it, Winnie sometimes treats others as if they aren’t as smart as she is. Winnie is a very compassionate person, though, and even more so passionate. When she really commits to something, she sticks with it. Winnie is also an analytic. She tends to over think things. Stubborn, clever, strong-willed, and spirited seem to be her best descriptive words. Winnie also seems to judge others harshly at times, as she holds everyone to the same morals she has.

History:
Winnie was born wealthy, her father being involved in politics in England. From an early age, she was taught to be a lady and to do what was expected. Her mother, however, was a woman’s rights activist and was quite mutual with her husband. Winnie grew up believing that she should use her own voice. Then, when Winnie was sixteen, she was sent away to a private school. She returned home when she turned eighteen and lives with her parents at the moment, as she still is under her father’s guidance. Winnie now has a apprenticeship at the Library, though.

Niran | 1842 comments Name: Alexander Vlad

Nickname: Alex

Species: Vampire

Age: Looks 19 - 21 but it actually 423

Appearance: http://www.fanpop.com/clubs/dorian-gr...

Personality:
Alexander Vlad is a very complex character, he can be sweet, gentle, kind and the typical gentlemen. Or he can be the polar opposite and be the most cold hearted man you will ever meet in your life. He is wise and uses it to his knowledge, he uses his experiences and learns from his mistakes. Being alive for countless years brings out his knowledge and knowingness, this can get him out of some situations.

History:
Ever since Alexander was born, in the days of kings and queens and princesses and princes, he had been taught to be a heir. Not just to be a kind but The King. Everything for Alexander was good, up until he went to battle at the age of 18 with his father and other younger brother who was 15. His brother died in that battle bravely, but that didn't stop Alexander's remorse and sorrow. Alexander wondered the streets, day and night, safe or unsafe.
One day while he was drunk, a stranger had asked him if he feared death. Alexander looked at the man and cruelly replied," Death should fear me". His ignorance and ill thought mind had caused the man to bite him. In his transformation to a vampire, he couldn't eat, drink, or walk much in the day. The sun burned his skin and he could no longer eat regular food. After a few decades, Alexander had learned of witches in New Orleans, he gained a day walker ring that allows him to walk in the day. After that, life went on. People passed and times changed, but he got used to it.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Cool! I like him :)
How should we start?

message 15: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments Thank you, I like your character too!
We can start with them being in a market or maybe a ball! Or a masquerade ball!

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments A masquerade ball sounds awesome! Would you like to start or me?

message 17: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments Yay! Can you?

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Sure! One moment...

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Sir Chevely had given his daughters strict intructions on what time to be at the ball and how to behave there. But, Winifred Chevely was older now and new how to conduct herself in public settings. After getting ready with her cousin Mabel in the evening, Winnie was now ready for the masquerade. She dawned a dark blue and grey gown which twinkled like the midnight sky when she moved. Also, upon her face was an intricately designed Venitian mask of blue and silver. Winnie was the embodiement of Nyx. Now, Winnie wasn't really one for lavish parties and socializing like her parents. She would much rather be reading in the parlor. Winnie let out a sigh as she entered the grand ballroom and was introduced as Lady Chevely by the butler. Winnie was then swept away into a the magical atmosphere of the masquerade, dancing and talking politics and slying away from Sir Astor's attempts at courting her.

Niran | 1842 comments The blood pulsed through his veins as much as the victims before that, the women's heart beat increased rapidly as he heard her muffled screams from beneath his gloved hand.
Alexander's lips and mouth was latched onto the women's neck, sucking in every last drop until she had gone limp and lifeless and cold.
He removed himself from the victim and let her body drop down from the wall that had stood her up. He inhaled a heavy breath as he had finished up with her and felt her blood travel through his body, it gave him an energy that opium addicts got when they took their obsession. Alexander dragged the body behind the building of where the Masquerade ball was being held, no one wondered as far as here. Once done with the body and feeding, he licked his lips and wiped away excess mess, he had to look presentable for his guests.
As he walked into the ball, wearing his suit and his mask, his butler introduced him," Our host for tonight; Alexander Vlad".

message 21: by Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} (last edited Oct 19, 2013 08:07PM) (new)

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Winnie had no idea that the host had arrived, but she heard a polite applause from the crowd and joined in. Then, her attention was directed elsewhere when Ms. Mabel walked over to her. "My dear Winifred, I take it that Mr. Astor has been to see you?" Mabel asked while looking at the crowd with a secretive smile on her lips. "Did he propose?"
Winnie sighed. "Phillip always proposes on fridays and saturdays during the season. But I'm expecting another tomorrow if I happen to see him."
Ms. Mabel laughed, a tinkling sound. "Well, dear cousin, have you happened to gaze upon the host? He is quite dashing, if I may say so..."
Winnie raised an eyebrow. "Well, you have always been attracted to dandies." Ms. Chevely resisted the urge to smirk at her very immature cousin. Ms. Mabel had always been one for parties and scandal, not unlike most of the aristocrats Winnie knew.
She excused herself away from Mabel's company, once again wishing that she was in the comfort of her own home with a book and a glass of tea. That sounded too nice at the moment. But, Winnie held her head high and straightened out her gown with the pat of her hand.
Winifred felt as if she were watching things through glass. The dancing couples and chandeliers and masks party guests were all right there, but so far away to her. Everyone in the crowd seemed to blend together, faceless beings that fogged her vision. The whole scene was enough to make Winnie a tad lightheaded.

Niran | 1842 comments The night had ventured on with dances and drinking, much what Alexander preferred than a dull night. But it continued.
Alexander was walking casually through the hall with his head held high in proudness.
"Excuse me, Mr Vlad".
He turned around immediately to be greeted by one of the elder women, Mrs Carter, one of the women who had extremely good looking daughters to marry.
"Yes, Mrs Carter? Shouldn't you be wearing your mask?", Alexander smirked.
She gave a little smile and continued," My niece Winifred has not chosen a suitor yet, which makes me believe that she has not taken a liking to any of them".
Alexander looked around the ball, trying to figure out which may be Winifred, but he looked back at Mrs Carter and asked," Lovely, sweet, Mrs Carter. I do not intend to marry". As soon as he saw that he saw the saddened and struggled look that was on her face, she put her mask on and started to walk away.
"But Mrs Carter, I would like to speak to this independent", he said.
Mrs Carter immediately turned around with a smile on her face, she looked around the ball and then pointed her out. Alexander could not helped but to be stunned by her mysterious beauty. Alexander looked back at Mrs Carter," A pleasure", he bowed.
He set his eye on Winifred and walked to her, but not in front of her. He sneaked through crowds and then walked beside her," Ms, you seem to not be enjoying my ball".

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Winifred had caught a glance of her Aunt Augusta, Mabel's mother, speaking to a man whom she did not know, but she thought nothing of it. She began to look around the room, searching for her father, but she would never be able to find him with all these masked guests. Winnie sighed, knowing he was probably off debating with one of his collegues. She had been so lost in her own mind that she barely noticed the man walking to her before he stood right next to her. Winifred blinked in suprise at his words. Never had anyone just came up to her and started speaking. No, every wealthy person she had ever meant was introduced by a friend or family member. "I take it your the host everyone keeps talking about, then?" She said politely, eyes still examining the crowd. As a butler passed by with a tray, Winnie made sure to grap a glass champagne and mutter a thank you to the man. Ms. Chevely had a stiff posture about her and her mannerisms screamed the word conservative. She was a proper lady, and a proud one, indeed.

message 24: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments "I am the host that everyone keeps talking about. What is it that they say about me?", Alexander could not help but smile, his ego getting slightly bigger. He placed his hands behind his back and looked out toward the orchestra and the crowds of people dancing.
He had his head held high and his smirk in place, he finally looked to her and said," Your Aunt, Mrs Carter, tells me your name is Winifred. She also tells me that non of your suitors have impressed you so far".
He stopped briefly and overlooked her," She seems to think that I may be of some use to that, that I may be acceptable", he said casually. In fact he was more pleased than appalled at the fact that her aunt thought so highly of him, most women did.
He was a bachelor, and a notorious one at that.
But he was not one for marriage.
Not for all eternity.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Winnie raised an eyebrow at the notion. Truthfully, she didn't want to just settle down and let a man take over her life. Winifred believed there was much more to living than what social conventions dictated in England. She wanted much more. You see, when Winnie had gone to school, she met many girls from all different places. Those peers of hers spun marvelous tales, and made Winnie long to go see places and experience new things. "Marriage hasn't impressed me so far." She corrected, taking a sip out of her glass. "Please don't flatter yourself too much, for it seems Aunt Augusta cares only for exteriors." Winnie had to admit, Sir Vlad was a rather handsome man, but Winifred was nothing like her Aunt and cousins. They only worried about how they were viewed, and a handsome husband certainly bumped them up a few notches on the social ladder. Winnie couldn't help but notice Alexander's posture, as she was quite an observant lady. Pride, she decided, was his flaw. Phillip Astor's was cowardice. Mr. Wendall's was greed. Over analyzing others was the exact reason why Winifred found no one she favored. "But, my name is indeed Winifred. Normally, before one starts a conversation they introduce themselves as well..." Especially is they're talking about marriage.

message 26: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments It shocked Alexander to hear a woman say she was not one for marriage, were women not the ones who wanted to marry and rush into having children? Or maybe it was his old mind that was creating and thinking of these stereotypes.
Alexander let out a sigh of boredom that the subject of normality brought," Normality is dull and boring, just like marriage. All the pretence about eternal love is a lie, marriage is not that simple". Then he turned to her and said," But a life alone is, no worries or stress".
Although sometimes he did enjoy the sweet company of a women, he would definitely enjoy reading a novel and sipping on his tea or even alcohol.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Love was a topic Winifred truly knew very little about, although she liked to think she knew everything. Her affections toward her own family was all that she had ever really experienced on the subject matter. Winnie wondered if it was simply the same thing. "Eternity is quite a long time away...but quite a long time to spend alone." She shrugged. Winnie thought one would get very lonely spending that much time to themselves...or at least become very sick of their own company. "I find that most marriages I have seen are based solely on finances and image...Never once have I seen one for love." Winnie met his eyes, but looked back to the rest of the room just as quickly. "If I were ever to love someone, I'd like to think I could do so without some agreement on paper." That is what she thought, wasn't it? Although, Winnie did appreciate sensibility and commitment. "But you still have yet to tell me a name, sir."

message 28: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments The girl shocked Alexander, not in a bad way at all. In fact Winifred shocked him in a good way and in a way that made him smile like a fool. He looked as she looked to him, and for a brief moment their eyes connected and they had some understanding.
Alexander looked down with a guilty smile, he then looked back up at her and said," My name is Alexander Vlad".
He took Winifred's gloved hand and then kissed it softly, he looked at her and said," It is a pleasure to meet such a beautiful lady, with such an amazing mind". He had truly never met a women like her, so open and unafraid of others opinions.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Winnie smiled politely. "Winifred Chevely." She introduced herself, even though this man already knew her name. Still, it felt like the proper way to do things. Winnie narrowed her eyes at this man, trying to figure him out. Yes, she had been away from home for quite a while, but she still knew most everyone around these parts. Or at least she knew of them. It was strange that this man whom she had never even heard of was so wildly popular. Although his looks probably had a lot to do with that...
"You flatter me, Lord Vlad." Winifred was a lady who preferred to remain composed, but even she couldn't stop a light blush from landing upon her cheeks. "If you actually spoke to women, you'd find most of them do have minds of their own." Out of every man that had ever attempted courtship, Alexander was the only one to recognize her mind. She appreciated that.

message 30: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander raised an eyebrow and a finger," Then I must be conversing with all the wrong women, the women I seem to talk to lack maturity and knowledge aside from marriage as children". He smiled and recognised how Winifred called him Lord Vlad, he placed his hand on his heart and tutted at her," Do not hesitate to call me by my given name, I would find it very rude", he laughed slightly.
He turned to look at the people dancing, he looked back at Winifred and offered her his hand," You seem to be a women of comfort, since you are already out of your comfort zone, dance with me".
There was nothing more that he wanted to do, dance and talk to her more than he should have wanted to.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Slightly hesitant, Winifred took Alexander's outstretched hand. Winnie couldn't hide the slight smirk that now dawned her lips, as his words seemed to amuse her. Marriage and children...Winnie hated the belief that that was all women even thought about. Being raised by a women's rights activist had made her quite stubborn on the matter.
And then there was the fact that Sir Vlad wished to be called by his first name. It was an odd request considered the times they lived in. But, Winnie certainly did not plan to honor it. Her polite, proper nature had become too much of a habit. In public, she simply put on the mask that was expected and went about the day.
"I'd be delighted to dance with you, Sir Vlad." Winifred really despised dancing at balls like this, but she wasn't too bad at it. She had a learned grace, honestly.
"Excuse my frankness, but are you promised to someone." It was just a guess, but Winifred assumed it was a solid one. "There's a ring on your finger." She was quite observant, indeed.

message 32: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander was stunned at the fact that Winifred had noticed. He led her to the middle of the hall where people were dancing, he pulled her close, putting his arm around her back softly and his hand loosely around hers. He started to move, but he avoided her eyes before he sighed and gave in.
"I am not promised, I was once", he looked at the ring and then back at her," But she passed away. Just another sad story you would not like to here, take my word for it". He gave her a reassuring look, showing her that he did not need her sympathy and that it was okay. Curiosity always seemed to make people wonder and search for their deepest, darkest secrets. No one had known or even asked about the ring, the were too caught up in their own lives. Which Alexander did not mind. He preferred his privacy, but when Winifred asked, he did not mind telling her the truth behind the ring.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments "I'm sorry." The words tumbled out of Winifred Chevely's mouth as soon as she heard his words. She knew he wasn't looking for sympathy, but Winnie also knew that she needed to say it. She truly was sorry. Winnie then fell silent as she was twirled around the ballroom, eyes looking everywhere but to dancing partner. She felt terrible for asking such a question.
Oddly, the ring did not look like any sort of promise ring or engagement ring Winnie had ever seen. She wasn't aware of any jeweler who made rings like that.
"Sir Alexander....did you love her?" Winnie felt like she was being rude. She shouldn't be prying into this man's past like that. She was starting to sound like Aunt Augusta.
Still, Winnie couldn't contain her curiosity. After so much talk about how love and marriage, she had to know...

message 34: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander smiled away from Winifred's shy and apologetic face, he laughed slightly and said," Do not worry, how were you supposed to know such a thing?". They danced but was a silence between them, the music played and the people chatted. As Winifred spoke again, Alexander thought about his love. He smiled to himself, recalling ancient memories.
"I did, I still do. We grew to love each other, of course it was arranged by both our parents. An agreement of peace and loyalty", he answered. He looked at Winifred and said," I loved her as much as I could".
Everyday of his life, he grew to love her. Every slight thing she did, like how she looked down at the ground in shyness or how her hair fell or her slight smile.
Everything.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments "I'm sorry for your loss." Winifred repeated once more, not quite knowing what to say. Her eyes grew quite solemn. She wondered why Alexander was so bitter about love, then, if he had such apparent fondness for memories of his love.
But, Winnie decided a change in subject was much safer than prying any farther into his personal life. Unfortunately or fortunately (Winnie couldn't decide which), the music came to a stop. Ms. Chevely lowered her hands to her sides and gave a small, obviously very practiced curtsy. "Thank you for the dance, Alexander. It was lovely to get to know you, but I must be going now." But even as she said it, Winnie hesitated. She was still standing right there in front of him.
"Uh...Sir Vlad, every person in here is wearing a mask. I'm not talking about those ornate ones to correlate with your ball's theme." She began. Winnie faltered once more before adding, "You are, too."
That was all Winifred Chevely said before walking away from the dance floor to where she saw Ms. Mabel in that pink dress of hers. But, Winnie couldn't help but glance back at Alexander Vlad once more. She wasn't sure if he knew what she had meant...and she wasn't really sure if she knew, either. But Winnie had always been good at reading people and finding facades.

message 36: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander's eyes widened, she knew something was wrong with him. She knew something was wrong with more than half of his guests, but all they were were mystical creatures, creatures that wanted death. Creatures of the night.
Vampires.
Alexander was lost for words as she walked away from him and back to her cousin.
"Goodbye, Lady Winifred", he said, bowing even after she had walked away. Alexander was not one for either normality or suspense, but tonight, he had no idea what he had experienced. He did not know if he liked it or loathed it.
"She is much too smart, that girl".
Alexander turned around to see Marcus and his wife Esme, they were old friends of his. Marcus had dark brown hair that had a slight tint of red, golden honey eyes that shocked everyone and jaw structure of a Viking. Whereas his wife was delicate and soft, she had brown hair that flowed past her shoulders, her eyes a baby blue and face structure child like. Alexander smiled to them, bowing his head," Indeed, she is".
"She does not know of us, but she does know that there is something in us, hiding. Masks of secrecy", Marcus muttered.
"Come now, dear. Do not pester Alexander about such matters", Esme said softly, placing her hand on his and running her thumb across his hand softly.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Winifred rejoined her cousin near the edge of the ballroom, a certain anxiousness in her eyes. "Mabel, I believe it's time to leave." She said abruptly, perhaps a little rude. Winnie's tone was very urgent. She felt nauseous suddenly and could feel the room spinning around her. Was that normal? Winnie needed to leave right now. She needed fresh air and to just...lie down.
Ms. Mabel's mind was in party mode. "My dear Winifred, I saw you dancing with Sir Vlad." She teased, as if Winnie was trying to keep it a secret from her cousin. "You must tell me what he's like. Is he as charming as everyone says?"
"Too charming." Winifred muttered, not really paying attention. Her breathing had become rather shallow.
Only then did Ms. Mabel take notice. "Ms. Winnie, your looking rather pale. Flustered, even. Are you alright? Perhaps we should get you some air..." She took her cousin's hand, leading her outside the front entrance. Thank the lord, Winnie thought. Immediately, her min dstarted to clear a bit. She muttered a thank you to Ms. Mabel, truly grateful for the escape.

message 38: by Niran (new)

Niran | 1842 comments A glass of wine in his hand was not making him enjoy the evening any more than he wasn't. Although it was not the wine he drank, blood.
But of course non of the humans could tell, they were all too naive to think such a thing existed. Or to think they were surrounded by such things.
Alexander sighed heavily as his eyes followed Winifred and her cousin escaping. He turned his back on them to see Esme.
"You know I am never one to tell another what to do", Esme said softly, her eyes in lock with Alexander's.
"Then do not".
"You must be careful, Alexander. This has happened before and it must not happen again. Do not let your infatuation with a women mislead you", Esme said, this time in a stronger tone.
Alexander walked to Ms Carter and whispered something in her ear, she and her husband walked out of the ballroom immediately, leaving the party and joining their family members outside.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments ((I'm so sorry. I've had a ton of stuff going on the past couple weeks. Musical, work, school, dance/voice/piano lessons, etc....So sorry my reply took so long!))

Ms. Mabel frowned at her more mature cousin. "Winnie, I'm going to go locate Uncle Robert. Certainly you are in no condition to be out socializing...Pity." Mabel waved her hand, as if waving all negativity away. She hurried back towards the entrance, passing her mother on the way inside.
Winifred was just happy to be alone with her own thoughts. Her breathing had steadied significantly and she was no longer in need of care. In fact, Winnie could probably just go on with the party as if nothing had happened.
But Winifred was happy to find this small means of escape. She hadn't wanted to come anyways, and this signalled that her night of torture was truly over. She felt elated.
Straightening her dress, Winnie glanced around, wondering if her father's carriage was anywhere near. Only then did Ms. Chevely notice the top hated figure standing across the street, completely engulfed in shadows so that no details of his face or body could be made out. She squinted through the carriages and strolling pedestrians at the dark figure, feeling uneasy. For Winifred could swear that this man was looking directly at her.

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander saw Winifred staring into the darkness that he was standing in, but as soon as she squinted her eyes and tried to look deeper into it he had gone. Being a vampire did not consist of just being immortal, much more to vampires than blood and everlasting youth.
Once he was back in the ballroom, he looked around to see Miss Winifred's cousin Mabel and Father making their way out.
The night was coming to an end as Alexander look around, he could see his vampire guests becoming very impatient.
It was time for the feast to begin.
Alexander got on stage and looked even more cunning and dashing than he had before, he smirked and lifted his wine glass.
"Ladies and Gentlemen", he exclaimed," It is time for the feast, now do remember not to scream". Suddenly his human guests removed their masks as the halls doors shut with a big lock and a different kind of atmosphere approached. The orchestra started to play along with the hearts that were beating rapidly.
Everything was coming to a halt.
The humans, wondering and afraid.
His vampires, hungry and impatient.
Alexander looked to his guests, both vampire and human, with a smirk and a look of reward," My friends", he said to the vampires," Begin the feast".
All hell broke loose.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Even after Winnie had arrived home, she couldn't shake the image of Alexander Vlad from her head. She was an analytic and couldn't help herself from dissecting there earlier conversation and study the tiny fragments one by one. And even more so, Winifred could not manage to forget the shadow that she saw across the street.
"Dear Winnie, what has gotten into you?" Said Nana as she kindly wrapped a blanket around the young Chevely. Ms. Chevely sat in one of the large arm chairs in front of the fireplace, now in her own residence of course. Nana had been Winnie's caretaker since she was but a babe, and it was safe to say she knew Winifred better than Sir Chevely and his wife did. Therefore, she had grown accustom to what Winifred looked like when she was over thinking something. "Are you feeling well? How was the party?"
"Lovely. Everything was lovely." Winifred said the words quickly, her distraction apparent.
"Winifred....What thoughts have taken you away from reality this time?" Nana smiled, her eyes crinkled at the edges. She was older and very frail looking, with grey hair but startling blue eyes.
"Nana Elsa..." Winnie sighed, giving in to her nurse. "Do you ever get the feeling that...that you may not be seeing things as they truly are?"
"Of course, child. Those who truly see the world are those who knos they are blind." Nana kissed the brunette's forehead, taking her empty cup that once held tea. "Winifred Amelia, nothing is ever what it appears to be. Now, you must get some sleep. Leave such thoughts for morning when you are well rested." And just like that, Winifred Chevely was ushered up to her bedroom in the Chevely Estate and dressed into her night gown.
Nana kissed her forehead once more before turning out the lights and closing the door.
But the sounds at her window kept Winifred Chevely awake...

Niran | 1842 comments Blood splattered, limbs tarred and screams pierced the hall. His vampire guests seemed to be pleased by the delight of the humans. Alexander couldn't stand around and simply watch when he was done, but he forced himself to. He stayed up on the stage and sipped whatever was in his glass.
Blood or wine, he didn't seem to know anymore.
He looked around to see Esme and Dominique feasting into a Lockhood man, one at his neck and the other at his wrist.
He had gone completely limp.
He had deserved to die anyway.
Alexander closed his eyes briefly and saw Winifred screaming also, blood splattered on her dress and her neck oozing blood.
He suddenly opened them again to see that all of his human guests were done with and his vampire guests stood there, fangs out and blood on their faces.
Alexander sighed and gave another observing look to them," Now, since this is what you wanted, you clean it. I expect my ballroom to be as clean as it was before, dispose of the bodies or turn some: I could not care less".
Alexander placed his hands behind his back and walked down from the stage, walking out of the hall and up to his chambers.
Finished with the night.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments ((Gah! No notification! So sorry! :O ))

The next day, Winifred did not leave the house until around noon. She had her father arrange for her to take a carriage into town, for Winnie needed some time to herself. Women shouldn't be out alone, Robert Chevely had insisted, but Winifred didn't listen. She found herself in an almost deserted part of town which looked a little shabbier than most places she would frequent with her family. But, this was where Winifred Chevely wanted to be, for there was a certain lady here who Winnie had come to know.
Winifred found herself in Waverly's Occult: Museum and store. It was here where Erin Waverly, an elderly lady, had once told Winnie that you must truly look if you wanted to see anything.
Little did Winnie know, this lady was a witch, a sorceress.
Winnie found her at the counter of the small store almost immediately. "Hello, Ms. Waverly." Winnie said politely. The woman recognized her at first glance.
"Darling Winifred...I sense you are troubled." Winifred smiled a little to herself. She had always thought Erin to be very wise, and that was why she came to her when needing help. Anyone else in this day and age would find this all absurd, for anything dealing with the Occult was only gibberish. It was nonsense to them and Winnie as well. Winifred couldn't care less about the so called magic here.

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander was stuck in his too big of a house for the whole day, the sunlight would burn his skin if he did go out or even if he was to to stand near a window. The pain was excruciating.
He waited until noon to get dressed in a suit and top hat and to be taken to the sorcerer of the town.
He had known her for quite a while, even though they were of a different species and time. He was much older than the sorcerer, but he had respect for her like she was older than he.
Alexander remembered saving her when she was younger, he remember it like it was yesterday.
He walked into the store and waited, it was a dark and eerie place but it was also enchanting and capturing. He walked around the store, but he heard murmuring in the back.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments Winnie sighed, focused only on Erin, for she had no idea who was in the next room. "I suppose your right, Ma'am...Everything just seems odd right now. And I've been feeling so uneasy, as if I had someone right behind me breathing down my neck...I think I may be going mad!" She felt her own forehead, wondering if she was deeply ill. Would that even explain things though?
Erin Waverly smiled slightly. There was that strange gleam in her eyes again. That glimmer that made it look like she knew something everyone else didn't. Sometimes, it was as if Erin wasn't even looking at Winnie, but into a different world all together. "Dearest Winnie, do not fret. Everything shall be sorted out in due time. It's in your cards, darling." She winked at Winifred. Winnie still had no answers. "Besides, maybe if everyone were a little mad, the world would run much smoother." Winnie let out alight, tinkling laugh. Strangely enough, the woman did give her some comfort. Erin seemed to know everything else, so why would she not be right about this?
Then, Erim stiffened slightly. "It seems I have another visitor...Alexander!" She called out with a chuckle. Winnie wondered how she knew anyone was here. She hadn't heard a thing.
And then something clicked for Winifred. Alexander....Oh no, It couldn't be!

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander heard his name being called, he put back whatever thing he had picked up and went to the counter.
"Erin?", he called out," Is it okay if I come in?".
Alexander did not wait for an answer, so he went in anyway. He went in to find Erin smiling at him slightly, sitting down in front of tarot cards.
But what Alexander noticed was that she was not alone, instead she had a guest that looked very familiar to him. He moved around to see Miss Winifred there. He gulped slightly and said," Miss, it is quite odd to see you here".
He had not expected her to be the type of women and individual to be interested in tarot cards and what not.

Stellarum{•Daughter of Hecate•} | 178 comments As soon as Winnie heard the voice, a shiver ran down her spine. It was him. Winifred stood up immediately, looking flustered. She hoped Sir Vlad would not tell her father or anyone else of her being here. It would not do well for her name if word got out of her being involved in the occult.
Erin was not bothered at all, however. "Oh, Winifred doesn't actually believe in any of it. She only comes to have someone to speak with. I'm afraid that is all she can do but consolt a crazy old woman at times." She chuckled, that mad sparkle in her dark eyes.
Winnie's cheeks were colored slightly. She nodded to Alexander. "I, um...It is suprising to see you here as well, Sir Vlad." She said formally.
Erin cackled. "You two...no idea of what is to come...What do you need, Alexander?"

Niran | 1842 comments Alexander suddenly looked at Erin, what was to come? What did she mean by that? He gave her a look that was half wondering and half joking.
He looked back at Winifred and took off his top hat, he looked at her and smiled slightly," You still choose to address me as Sir Vlad". He shook his head slightly and commented," Do not worry, Winifred, I will not inform your father of your being here. It is not my business nor am I that kind of man". He saw the look on her face, as if the fact that he was here and that he had seen her scared her.
Alexander walked toward Erin and took her hand, he kissed it softly and said," Dear Erin, I simply came to see how you were doing".
That and something else entirely.
