Watched a great episode of The Blacklist last night, real shocks, although I am a year behind....
DARK is one of my favorite shows, so far! I think it's fascinating and very well-written!

Has anyone else watched Russian Doll on Netflix? I mainlined it over two nights; its eight eps of about 25-30 minutes, so not a huge commitment. I cannot recommend it enough. The first instalment is a little slow, perhaps, but it is so clever and fun and interesting and genuinely profound. Seriously, watch it,

I'm currently catching up on True Detective season 3, which seems very nearly as good as season 1, although I am only four episodes in. Also catching River on Netflix, which is so well written and the acting from Stellan Skarsgard and Nicola Walker is superb.

I've only seen the first three series of LoD, I really must catch up! Actually, that's probably perfect; by the time I've watched S4, I'll be able to watch S5 without having the nail-biting wait between episodes!

The second series of Fleabag is at least as good as the first, possibly better. I can't wait for the final episode on Monday, and feel bittersweet that it is the final one as it's been announced there won't be a third series. They want to quit while it's perfect.

We've just started watching Goliath on Amazon video. It stars Billy Bob Thornton as a former high-profile lawyer who's now washed up, but finds himself battling his old law firm ( now a massive conglomerate ), and his former partner, William Hurt being wonderfully creepy.It's quite slow paced at first, but superbly written and gripping. I recommend it if you enjoyed Billions with Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis.

I've been reading The Gregor Demarkian series by Jane Haddam and loving it. So far I've read several and have more waiting for me. It's remarkable how this author puts characters and circumstances that have nothing whatsoever in common ...into play to complete the mystery. Highly recommended.

I've been a huge Sneaky Pete fan, but this season they're pushing the "guess-what's-gonna-happen-next" to the limit. Will they find Mom? What's she been doing? Yadda-yadda-yadda.
I agree with you Jim and that show keeps you guessing and Sean Riverdale is a great show and Sean I need to watch that show called New Amsterdam
Sneaky Pete kept me going for a looong time. Then it just started to turn into "one damn thing after another." However, one of the last scenes in the current season -- lets call it the "Big Reveal" -- had me rolling on the floor in stitches. I managed to call the shot before it happened. So I take back everything I said before. The acting is great, it just seemed like the plot twists were getting a bit strained. The car dealer, Tex, is a wonderful character who seems based (at least in image) on Cal Worthington in the LA area. The old actor playing this role has been around forever. Agreed too. Though 'The Greater Good', the Spooks film, was good when it came out in about 2015, it didn't hit the heights of some of the best episodes.
