Doni - yes, every kid gets to learn some English nowadays, however just because they take classes, doesn't mean they know it. And with people over 40 - the chance they would carry a simple conversation is rather slim.

I don't care about lawyers, besides if they are any good, they should always find something to do, or if not, re-train and change specialization. Not.My.Problem!
