Reading Guide

Hi there! Does anyone have a guide for this book that would be good for a work setting? My company is reading this book and I would like to provide some discussion topics. Thanks!

The book itself is a general guide to a bunch of issues in competitive strategy, positioning, and organization. It follows the typical approach pioneered by the Harvard Business School Press. The introduction and first chapter provide the framework for the book. The subsequent chapters go over parts of the framework with a little more detail and with some examples from P&G. After the framework, each chapter is structured as a relatively self-contained module with its own set of questions that can provide the focus for a separate discussion.
