Book rating vs time dataset API function?

I found out that Goodreads currently have a general function "book.review_counts" which people can get the rate count for a particular book. But it is not possible to find out anything more detailed.

I wonder whether it is possible for Goodreads to give developer an API function which I can get the book rating vs time dataset?

I also wonder whether Goodreads actually also have the data how quickly/slower a user is reading a book in an electronic devices.

I am asking that, because I am really interested in writing an application for which people can see detailed statistical/data mining results of a book. Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately we don't have such APIs at this time.
