I recently found out someone was unhappy with a book (not my edits mind you) so they just went and edited things to annoy anyone else who would want to go and read the book. I only found this out by chance because think about it, how often do you all go back and read through and check to make sure all of your edits are still in place - correct and accurate?
Hey if you do do that I commend you I really do. But I don't so I'm curious to know if there is a way to be notified when things are going askew so you can help and minimize the damage.
If not all edits, can we at least flag new content specifically, maybe for a certain amount of time. Say it's a new popular and exciting book. You know a a myriad of folks are going stick their fingers in the pot for a bit of time. Could we "watch" it for 30 days?
I know if someone is kind enough to reply in the Librarian comments I will get the notification but if no one does you're still left with manually tracking your edits.
