The copy of this book I own is as shown on amazon below, with red cover and is published in 2002 by Gollancz (2nd imprint, first published in 2000 by Millenium). I tried adding the edition but it failed as a duplicate. The image on Amazon is not great quality, I have a scan of my own that is much better - if I can upload it.
