Crib to Bed Transition - Recommended Books?

I'm looking for books for toddlers that deal with the crib to bed transition. Any suggestions? Thanks!

How about books that show kids/animals in their own beds? For example:

Lamaze In My House
Pat the Bunny Let's Find Bunny
How do Dinosaurs say Goodnight?
Goodnight Moon

Thanks! That's a good idea. We do read Goodnight Moon but I'll have to check into the other ones.

I just checked Amazon and the first two books (Lamaze In My House and Let's Find Bunny) are out of print. I hate how kids' books go out of print so quickly!

Anyway How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight? is still in print and it is an EXCELLENT book! :-)
