Solved: New YA Dystopian Girl jailed for being born out of wedlock/s

I just finished reading this and I forgot to list it. I returned it to the library and now I just can't remember its name. It's a fairly new YA book.

In the book there are new morality laws coming into effect in a United States after a war.

The main character and her mother are taken to separate facilities because she was born out of wedlock. Her next door neighbor and first love helps to bring them in.

She spends time at a facility, escapes and travels across the country to get to a safe house.

Never mind, I found it while surfing through some books. It was recommended on the page of another dystopian teen book that I cruised into from one of the queries here.
