Delete and replace please

I have posted the new cover for Blue Love but it will not let me delete the old. It goes back to the old each time I switch pages, the same with Wrapped in Silk. Could someone please help me out with this?

The older covers cannot be deleted. I think what you are looking for is how you set the new cover as the default cover.
