Eshana I wanted the book to be longer so that it could show tucker and Clara together in the epilogue I wanted it to show Christian as well

Maz Romes TBH i realy think the whole book was a major dissappointment :'( think it could have been way better.

Phoebe I loved the first two books, but honestly, I wish I didn't buy it. A huge disappointment.

Tamara First two books were great but the last one made me glad I dont have this series on my book bookshelf. I was really disappointed with the ending and whole book felt like a nightmare

message 5: by Prerna (new)

Prerna I thought it was always Christian after Clara brakes up with Tucker. Tucker was always..too normal? (well duh. he's human after all) and Im always used to awesome, paranormal guys falling in love with girls. Hell, yeah. ending was a surprise.

message 6: by harriette (new) - added it

harriette du plessis sparrow i love tucker!!!!!!!!!!

Hailey Clark I so am in love with Tucker he is the best person ever and i really don't think it ended well. They need a better ending just like more to happen.

message 8: by Kat (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kat The ending could've been better, but then again it could've been worse.

Destiny Lynn I wasn't. I keep thinking there's just going to be another book, but I can't find anything on it. I was so confused by the end. Did Tucker become angel blood? He's getting his own purpose now? Overall, the ending could have been a bit more revealing. Even though I absolutely loved the series with all my heart, I wasn't satisfied. Hopefully Cynthia Hand does come out with a new book and doesn't just leave us hanging like she did.

Ovidio Perez This is the first time I have never wanted the main character to end up with the guy she loves until I met her (aka) Clara. I got nothing good to say about her. I love Christian he was my hubby. He went to hell with her to save her best friend. Where was Tucker again? O yeah not there helping her when she needed him most, because of some fight I don't even remember. I will forever love you Christian wherever you are... :'(

no Tucker had longevility or something like that because clara used a lot of her glory and it gave her longevility or somethin like that. But no he didn't became a angel blood

Mia CHRISTIAN!!!! :'( :'( whyyyyyy?!??!?!??

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

I was thoroughly satisfied.
I am a huge Chris+Clara fan, but when I read the ending, I learnt there was nothing I could do like whine like you guys, so I decided to cope with it. I mean, look at the bright side-
Clara's happy. That's all it matters.

Tasha NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I didn't understand how this author could just leave Christian high and dry. It's sooo sad. We don't even get to learn about him in the Epilogue. Nothing. Zip. Nada.

It kind of broke my heart :-(

Ovidio Perez Christian is my forever boy and screw Tucker. That silly mundane is a nobody in my head or just wasn't around as much as Christian if you ask me. Who helped save the best friend in hell again? Christian that's who. Tucker was where again? on the farm. I'm like; I seriously need a chill pill right about now lol... :D

Vivien Nguyen WHY CHRISTIAN WHY??!?!

Rachelle Yeah I was Team Christian all the way but when Tucker saw Clara's face when he was with Allison, that was the end for Christian :/ I just accepted it but I wasn't satisfied with the epilogue at all. I mean the author could at least thrown Christian a girl and she could've gone more in depth about Tucker's "longevity".

Ovidio Perez Aki123 wrote: "She should of ended up with Christian!!!!!!!!!!!! i felt so bad for him at the end of the book, the ending was kind of lazy too."

To Aki123, thank you like for reals!

Cyana Scriptora I loved both of them.. I think we are to believe that Tucker will live a long life but Christian will live longer and once Tucker dies.. He'll step in and pick up the pieces. After all people have been known to have more than one love in their life. I loved both of them for different reasons.... Christian will find love again. I mean come on the guy is so hot!

Ovidio Perez Hmmm Heather makes a point that Tucker will die eventually, because he is mortal, and all mortals die of old age eventually. Christian will come to comfort Clara. Who knows maybe they might get together after all. As long as the author doesn't decide to make Tucker immortal or whatever I would be pissed... >.<"

KaiLeena Mare' McCormick I was so mad with the ending. I hated how it just dropped off from there. I agree with some of these people, she should have talked about Tucker, Clara and Christian, and what about Clara's brother. Like come on, I felt as if it was a second book of a series and it just ended without the third one that was promised!

Ovidio Perez I will take this burden upon myself (not really a burden) and comfort Christian myself. I will tell him don't worry Christian you got to remember Tucker is mortal and will die of old age eventually. Clara and you live way longer than mortals. So when Tucker dies guess what? someone needs to be there to comfort Clara and you will swoop in for that. As of now we play the waiting game. So let's have some naughty sexual fun together lmao... xD

Lve2read Well I was definitely happy about who she ended with..TUCKER all the way!!! <3 but yeah into wish it went for a little longer, with maybe a clearer ending for Clara's brother, and a happier ending for Christian, maybe he fall in love with someone else? And just more of Clara and tucker! *sigh*' a great series! but could have been a better resolved ending for the rest of the characters.

Lve2read just wanted to ask, doesn't tucker come out to be sort of a 'prophet' which means he could live around the same life span as Clara and Christian? Coz ats what I remember reading at the end?

Ovidio Perez Don't try to conform Tucker life spam he is mortal even with the ability to see the future. If he ain't got no wings than he can't live as long as Clara and Christian in my book... >.<"

Anji Cooper I really would've liked if Christian was in the epilogue, he was such a big part of the series and his part really ended pretty abruptly. Even though I liked both boys, the last book really pushed me towards Christian, so I was really disappointed when she chose Tucker even though I knew she would. I just want to see Christian also get his happy ending, hey, maybe Clara and him meet in the future again. I would love to read something like that, it'd be so cute. (Kinda like TID?)

Sharon Honestly one of my favorite endings ever. Throughout every book, I was half expecting a sucky ending. BUT.. WHOA. All of those plot twists at the end! I LOVE IT. I mean I would have preferred to see Christian at the end, too. It would be nice to see him, but I do appreciate knowing that he is doing all of that architect stuff and bonding with his nephew. I hope he moved on and found someone that deserves him. AND YESSSSS to Clara&Tucker~~ <3 I am also wondering what happened to Clara's brother. Otherwise, I am TOTALLY HAPPY. P.S. Clara and her grandfather meeting? Kinda awesome.

Sharon Lve2read wrote: "Well I was definitely happy about who she ended with..TUCKER all the way!!! <3 but yeah into wish it went for a little longer, with maybe a clearer ending for Clara's brother, and a happier ending ..."

I COMPLETELY agree. Tucker&Clara. YAYYYYY!! But besides that, I am wondering about the other characters too and YES, I hope Christian finds someone who will return his love.

Ovidio Perez I'm sorry, but where was Tucker when Clara went off to hell to save her best friend? O yeah being a jerk in the barn was where he was. I'll never forget it was Christian who went to hell with Clara to save her best friend. Which is why he rules and he is smexy like there is no tomorrow yum... xD

message 30: by Mimi (new) - rated it 5 stars

Mimi Johnson Im happy with Clara and Tucker being together,he made her happy made her feel......normal in a way, sure she was "destined" to be with christian but...sometimes you just have to save fuck destiny, you know?In the end she loves Tucker and that's all that matters and eventually shell end up with christian like her mom ended up with Clara's dad

By the way,the whole Tucker being a profit was freaking awesome!!!!

message 31: by Mimi (new) - rated it 5 stars

Mimi Johnson I loved that Tucker and Alina ended up together i just wish they showed more in epilogue

Kristy Manning Christian totally got the shaft. Talk about using and abusing a guy. Dang! If I were him I wouldn't wait for her sorry butt. He should go find Kay. At least she loved him back!

If might have even been ok for him to wait (until Tucker dies, early from a heart attack - cough) if the author didn't miraculously give the dude longevity. WTH? How CONVENIENT that he's going to live longer than the average human now! Gad. Seriously? Why go through all the backstory about her mom having more than one great love in her life if the author conveniently gives Tucker license to live as long as Clara does? What's the point of Chris even bothering to wait for her? How very disappointing that the author would do that to such a great character like Christian. He deserved the girl. Tucker and Clara should have had their goodbye in heaven, and Clara should have gone back to earth, eventually fallen in love with Christian, and thought fondly about Tucker with Christian's complete understanding how important her first love was to her. THAT'S the ending that makes sense. The way it is, Tucker has to live with her sadness over Christian still being out there but "missing" in her life. How is this better?

Ok, rant over. :)

I agree with you completely this means someone has to shorten Tucker lifespan pulls out a heavenly weapon sword. What? I can't help myself if I fallen for Christian more than Tucker. Do we all forget who went to hell with Clara to save her best friend? O yeah Christian that's who... >.<"

Stephanie Stifelman Okay, so if I had read this ending after the first book, with no third or second, I would probably be the happiest girl in the world. But, I read the third and second, fell in love with Christian, and now want to cry in a hole. Because, this book was so Christian-centered! It was them working through Clara-Tucker breaking up. Clara moving on. We saw Tucker maybe 3 times? We saw Christian throughout the whole book. We saw them become best friends and then some!
WE SAW HIM GO TO HELL FOR HER.
And then, HE GETS NOTHING. WHAT THE FREAKING HELL.
Tucker gets longevity. Tucker, someone who (at least to me) Clara has outgrown, gets the happily-ever-after!
And what about that purpose?
NSDUFBJSDO[V
I'm angry.

Ovidio Perez Stephanie wrote: "Okay, so if I had read this ending after the first book, with no third or second, I would probably be the happiest girl in the world. But, I read the third and second, fell in love with Christian, ..."

You go girlfriend preach the truth!!!

message 36: by Ann (new) - rated it 1 star

Ann I wasn't satisfied. I so was not satisfied. Mostly because the ending made no sense. This whole book, we see Clara trying to move on from Tucker and Tucker trying to move on from Clara and at first, they're struggling. Then, they try to move on with different people, except that doesn't really work. Finally, they both come to terms that they need to move on and I'm like YESS. Finally. Because after the first book, Tucker and Clara were starting to annoy the living shit out of me. This whole book was Christian-time, and they're starting to become a thing, then, at the last possible minute, Clara says, No, I'm going to get back together with Tucker, because I'm not over him. And I'm all like, NOOOOO! WHYYY? You've both outgrown each other! You've made so much progress! I wanted you guys to be friends! And, instead, Clara completely fucked Christian over (even though I personally thought that Christian was a bit of a dick, that's still not cool). Not to mention that bullshit of a fucking purpose! I mean, seriously! This whole series was just about taking down some bitch we just found out about! And then, Clara can, apparently, just ignore the fact that God (apparently) wants her to be with Christian! This was just, such a disappointment, and it brought the series down for me.
