Just a note. Although the official release date for the book is the 15th, it will take some time for the large retailers (Amazon, B&N, etc) to back-order stock, since they do not currently have many copies. Whereas it is perfectly valid to use these suppliers, if you want to get a book quickly, there will be a link on my author page that will permit ordering directly from the publisher. It will be put up on the 15th.
