I thought Gatsby was free. Looks like I got every other book on the list but that one (sorry guys!!).
Thank you Jessica! Here's the link to it on feed books. It's Sony format (and just so that you are all aware: Calibre software can change formats of books to mobi file (Kindle format).
However, I did find Anna Karenina, Moby Dick, Walden, and many others free on Kindle.

I haven't read Gatsby in probably 15 years or more. It is in my hard copy collection. But now I'm hooked on reading on Kindle.

Rachel, I'm with you on the happy endings. Although I like to have a wide range of emotions in a book.

“Out of the corner of his eye Gatsby saw that the blocks of the sidewalks really formed a ladder and mounted to a secret place above the trees — he could climb to it, if he climbed alone, and once there he could suck on the pap of life, gulp down the incomparable milk of wonder.”
WTF?? That just sounds weird. I know the meaning but it's strange.

Haha! Quite a phrase!! Rachel, Fitzgerald and Zelda, his wife I believe had quite a reputation as drinkers!
Of course I know what you meant. I think your right. He had to be drunk when he wrote that part.

Did you like it Jessica?
Did you like it Jessica?
I did. I felt like Tom was such a jerk for having an affair but got so mad when Daisy did the same.
