So I've been wondering if I should read this book? It's on my recommendation and I'm wondering if I should read it. A lot of people said that it was stupid but I love books like The Mortal Instruments and Infernal Devices, the Castor Chronicles and other such books. I like really awesome male characters that make you die inside because they're so incredible. So should I read it?

absolutely yes, u must read it.. Patch so sexy, really !!
I enjoyed it but I also have friends who hated it. I would recommend it.
definately its the best book and its so easy to understand!
Read whatever you want to read. If you were planning on reading it anyway then why bother making a thread about it? I find it very odd that you seem to be easily swayed by others people's opinions about a book. You're the only person who can say whether it would appeal to you.

Okay guys! I read it!!! And fell in love... :) So happy I bought it on my nook... now I just can't let my parents see that I bought it... hahaha oh well.The minute after I finished the first book in class... yes I was sitting in the back of class reading on my nook... I didn't even take notes... i was crying because i needed to read the sequel. And then i got the sequel and so on and so forth! I love them sooooo much!
Go for it. I wasnt interested in it at first but im glad i read it now
This book is very interesting and it's not like most books with a common plot and I personally fell in love with the characters. So I think you should try it for sure.
I enjoyed it, I believe if you like the Mortal Instruments you will like this book, they are very similar.

someone said before, read what you want to read. I enjoyed this book but we are ALL human and different but you also enjoyed The Mortal Instruments....... so I think you will like Patch. Go for it
I love it the first 3..not so much the 4 ...but its great series

I've read it several times and enjoy it more and more each time, it's a great book and I hope the second one lives up to it.
You should definitely read this book. It's not as interesting as Mortal Instruments and The Infernal Devices but it's still really good. The reason it's not as good as the TMI and IDF series is because there are not as many secondary characters. Anyway read it, plus it's funny ;)
oh my god. Yes read it! its an amazing series that when its done you want more. im not sorry that i started this book at all. and i too enjoy it more every time i read it. and by the by the second one is good too.
I'm not saying this to offend anyone, just putting my two cents in: Nora is a weak character and Patch is a creepy stalker. *Cringes* Please don't hurt me!
no offence taken. in fact i agree that Nora is a weak character, she needs to be stronger in her position. im not sure why i gave it five stars, maybe because throughout the series she discovers that she needs to be stronger, and tries to do that for the sake of her loved ones and for a greater cause. Emma, I'm not gonna hurt you by the by, you are simply expressing your feelings towards the book, and i admire you for speaking up about your feelings and opinions.

i get it, sometimes when you first read a book it seems really good, then you go and read other books and you'll find something you like more, and you realize that the book you read before wasn't as good as you thought at first. that actually happened to me with The Hunger Games, i read it and then found another series i liked better than it and i don't like it as much anymore.
well, opinions do change. especially with books i find, one week you will love it the next you wont. that's just how it is i guess

it must happen quite a bit because now that i think about it im not sure whether or not i like hush hush as much as i thought i did anymore. oh well.
If you like bad boy type, hot male characters then, YOU MUST READ THE ENTIRE HUSH HUSH SAGA
The whole series had an amazing plot, and parts where you can put the book down. It's an interesting read that you'll always keep in mind once read.

DIDE, NO. haven't the reviews told you enough and more, i made the mistake of ignoring them and reading coz of that hot cover, but THIS BOOK IS A HEAVENLY DISASTER.spare yourself and don't read it.
