The solution of invoking private enterprise to solve poverty and to impulse development is correct.
The only problem is that it could make the income disparity even worse.
Ultra high profits in underdeveloped areas could make the super rich even richer. The poor and middle class would get the crumbs.
In developed countries income disparity is growing and it's a real problem.
Governments must tackle that problem before social unrest destroys our economy. Capitalism is very good. But it's motivation is profit and at the end there will be only one. One very rich person or group.
