Cecelia I'm curious about something. Do the adults EVER come back by the end of this series? When I read the series summary in Wikipedia, I don't believe they mentioned the adults coming back? It mentioned that Astrid and Sam were going to live together...something like that.

I know the adults are seen through the barrier, but, are parents reunited with their children at the end. I'm not sure when I'll have time to finish the series due to previous reading commitments.

Yes, yes they do. The dome eventually comes down and the world goes back to normal for most people, though of course the lives of the survivors are very changed.

I was wondering how many books are in the series?
I've read Gone and Hunger but my friend said something about a new book in the series.

There's a whole bunch of books in the series - at least five? Here's a link with the series: https://www.goodreads.com/search?utf8...

Gone and Hunger.

AJ and Nabeela, I enjoyed GONE, but, I got bored in HUNGER. I'm not sure why? I started getting bored in HUNGER about 1/3 of the way through the story...

Ellie Smith SPOILERS! The FAYZ comes down at the end of LIGHT.

I loved GONE!!! But i also got bored in Hunger. I mean I was so excited to find out what happen next and 1/3 of the way in all that excitement down the drain.

Yeah, I wonder why that happened. Seems to me the author just lost all his steam. It'd be interesting to know if the other books are any better than HUNGER. I'm not going to read the rest of the series since HUNGER bored me so much.

Cassidy Guys! read the rest of the series! it gets SOOOO much better. Hunger and Lies are a bit eh :/ but Plague, Fear, and Light are amazing. the ending of Light will surprise you all i think... it was very unexpected and it ended the series beautifully. Grant wrote its so well and it couldn't have been better. Stay strong, read on!

Nabeela Ok Cassidy!!
I will read the rest of the series!
Thanks :)

Cassidy No problem :)
i dont know, maybe im biased because it's one of my all time favourite series.. but i honestly did think it was great. There is probably a character (or two, or three, or all of them xD) for everyone to relate to, and Grant is a fabulous writer... he sort of reminds me of Stephen King. Hope you enjoy it :)

Nabeela :)
I hopefully will enjoy it!!
thanks!!
