The main plot is something like this: children who have special powers are taken from their parents at a young age and are tested on, beaten, and forced to use their powers to their final extent. They are pushed until their breaking point to use there powers. The main character, Rixon, was not found by this organization because his power is to mimic the powers of others. When he was sixteen he was found and taken to the facility. Everyone wears special un-breakable wristbands that deny them the ability to use their powers. Some people are thinking of starting an uprising to break out and run free through the world, someone that has the power of prophecy stated that the "all-power" would come to the facility and help them escape but Rixon wants know part in the escape. He can deny his powers, but not his destiny.
