TROT: Different Release Dates

Must be a Canada thing. I'm getting a Hardcover copy tomorrow as far as I can tell. I don't even see an option on Amazon for Trade Paperback.

In Germany it's always crazy with different release dates and prices, cause we normally get US and UK versions at different dates etc.
For example, if I would buy the Kindle version of the book tomorrow, I'd have to pay 14,89€, but if I wait 2 days untill the 10th, there will be another version for 9,99€.
