SOLVED. Author = Bush Something about a pig under the sea [s]

I read this book 25 years ago. All i can remember is that the cover of the paperback was aqua, it was an undersea scene with a pig (a golden pig??) on a staircase with some people.

The word pig is in the title (I think)

And, was the author's first or last name Bush? Or, did the name have "bush" somewhere in it(like bushnell for example).

YA I think, though maybe sci-fi/fantasy
