Chapter 3...I like Jen.

I started this late last night, or rather early this morning. Finished till chapter 21.

I really like Jenna. She is fun and so is Sophie.
I know a lot of girls are crazy about Archer Cross, but he is an a-hole. At least in the beginning. He's okay now, but I don't feel all lovey dovey towards him.

I agree. Archer is not my fav...

I do like Cal. Even though he's only been shown a couple of times up till now, I think he's going to make a really interesting character.

I am really intrigued about whatever happened to Holly and now Chaston. What do you think is going on?(view spoiler)[maybe Elodie and the gang did something creepy. There's also the ghost following Sophie. I just learned she is Sophie's great-grandmother. Maybe she is behind it all. She did come across as snobbish and too full of herself when Mrs. Castoff told Sophie about her history! :O (hide spoiler)]

Do you think Jenna had feelings for Holly? I know she wanted to be Amanda, but it's been a while since Amanda's death, so it's quite possible Jenna told Holly she likes her and Holly got upset! So far I also don't like Archer. The way she decided to tell Jen that she also felt for Archer made me raise an eyebrow. I mean, why did you fall for him? Just because he told you you're pretty courageous after the introduction material on witches?

I'm at chapter 22. Sophie just has crush, but yeah she is crossing the crush territory too soon and too easily. If you ask me, I'd have made Archer pay for his his stupid "I'm the best and your are nothing in front of me" behaviour. Who the hell does he think he is?

Finished the book. Overall I enjoyed it. It was fun and easy to read. I think 3.5 stars.

So far, it's funny, but it seems very simplistic. More like a high school drama than a paranormal novel.

DONE!! Okay, I think that's a 3.5 or 4. I'm planning on reading the others, but I wished the whole thing was closer to the end. The last chapters especially. It didn't really have a good end, though...It seemed more like the climax with a super short or no resolution. (view spoiler)[I would be scared if I was a demon like that. The Removal will be interesting...Elodie was growing on me, so it's sad she passed... :'( (hide spoiler)]

I'm reading this togheter with Cress and that's kinda influencing my enjoyment level. I think this could be a good book, but looks dull and uneventful compared to Cress :( .
Will try to finish it tonight and leave my final opnion about it. At least it's pretty easy to read so it goes fast.
You're all up for reading the sequel for this starting tomorrow? I'm not really that excited to be honest.

Got the book for Chrustmas last year, started reading ir and finished ir next day. One of the best books I read(at least in that genre...)

Ok, I managed to finish this book as well. The fact that she is (view spoiler)[a demon makes no sense. How was her family mistaken for a dark witch for so long. Shouldn't they be able to tell the difference? Also, her romance with Archer seemed rushed. And, is Elodie a ghost now? (hide spoiler)]

Will start with Demonglass tomorrow, but I'm not really excited for it.
