Jon Etheredge (jonetheredge) | 495 comments I noticed awhile back that when a reader shelves one of my books, I am unable to bring up that reader's profile. For example, Top Shelves might have an entry like "strange_story 1 person", but when I click on '1 person', I get the message "No user found".

I asked GR customer support about this and was told that the shelves looked fine. My follow-up email explaining in more detail what I was seeing went unanswered. Admittedly, that was four days ago and it's possible they're too busy, but I'd sure like an answer or, better yet, a solution.

Has anybody else noticed this?

Stephanie Tuell (booksloveme) Maybe the profile is private?

No, some of the shelvings were made by users with a private profile. I can see their user Id's just fine. Stranger still, there are some shelves with a negative user count ("-1 persons").
