If a law did not follow due process, a citizen must challenge the legality of the law in the courts.

...So what happens when courts rule that a law created without due process is in fact binding? I think the citizens then have a responsibility to raise awareness in the media and to petition their representatives in the legislative bodies to overturn these laws.
