What can be done when a law is unjustly applied?

If there is evidence that a law has been unjustly applied, then the citizen has the obligation to petition the courts in the matter. The citizen also has the obligation to proclaim the injustice through the media. If there is question whether a law has been justly or unjustly applied, then the citizen, or a group of citizens, have an obligation to investigate the matter. There should be citizen watch groups for this purpose.
