Kristie | 3595 comments I'd like to nominate New Cook Book Celebrating the Promise, Limited Edition. I have it at home and it has some great recipes in it. :)

New Cook Book Celebrating the Promise, Limited Edition by Better Homes and Gardens

message 5: by Kristie (new)

Kristie | 3595 comments Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book has the same recipes as the book above (except for the pink section at the beginning of the book). So, if the above cookbook is not available at libraries, you could try for this one.

Sounds like a good book, Kristie. Too bad it's not available through my library system :\

Which edition of this one, Kristie? My library system has five different publication dates, and if we're going to us this, we should all try to get the same edition. I would imagine that the recipes included would vary from edition to edition.

Kristie | 3595 comments I'm not at home, but if I remember correctly it is the 14th edition published in 2006.

message 9: by Barb (new)

Barb That helps, thanks :) I think that's one of the editions my library has.

Kristie | 3595 comments You're welcome. I know my library didn't have the pink one, but they have the red one that coincides with it.

Lisarenee | 7659 comments I'm going to start creating the poll for this one and will probably add another cookbook to the list.

ilovebakedgoods (Teresa) (ilovebakedgoods) | 226 comments Better Homes won, woo. I don't know if I have that edition but I'll either look for it at my library or just see if my version has the same recipes as what others post.
