Picking your next title...

It depends on what the characters are telling me. Most of the time, it's a scene that starts it off, flashing in my head. My current series is 9 cowboys. The inspiration was a picture on fb of nine guys. I might have the title immediately or it might take a while for me to figure out what the title is.

Toward the end, generally. I start with a title, of course, but it's never the one I end with.

I wait until the end. Coming up with a title is difficult off the bat. I will outline and write out a draft until a title clicks.
