I'm not sure I'd have a guardian character. I think I'm pretty much the person I want to be (minus a few published books with my name on it, lol), so I'm not sure I'd get one. XD

In answer to your first question, my guardian character would probably be some kind of mechanic/trucker. I am really envious of people who know the inner workings of cars and such, but whenever I contemplate taking a class I worry that they'll ask me to "operate" on my car for homework. Life being a cruel mistress that she is, this would of course result in me breaking the car right when I need it most with no clue how to fix it. Admittedly, that's rather pessimistic view of how things could go.
I just don't get how the guardian characters.... work. How are they supposed to help you find the true you if they keep changing who you are?

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. I do like it so far, even if it's very ridiculous (but what manga isn't...?)
