Combine button? Please help

I must be blind... I can't find/see the button to combined books. Can someone please combined these 2 for me.

Thank you. Did they move the combined button? Just wondering why I'm not seeing it. I can edit book info but couldn't see where to combined the two titles.

It got moved awhile back, I think...? It's in the middle of the page, under the thumbnails for other editions.
