Free Download of New Edition of Nanyang Today and Tomorrow

I have republished my Asian saga Nanyang in response to a Historical Novel Society review, which described as a glaring flaw the omission of such help to readers as a dramatis personae and the lack of dates in the early pages. The new edition contains a comprehensive guide to both the fictional characters and historical figures (with relevant dates). This addition will significantly address the flaw pointed out by the reviewer, who said the consolation was that it was the author’s “only one”. “Nanyang is otherwise an epic, engrossing story,” he said.

Geoff Woodland earlier noted, in his review of Nanyang, his frustration remembering “who was linked to who”. So with another reviewer flagging the problem, I decided it was time to do something about it!

The changes have been made to both the Amazon eBook and the CreateSpace paperback.

Anyone who has downloaded the eBook without the guide will have an opportunity to get the new edition free of charge in a little over two weeks. Nanyang will be available for free downloading on Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12 (US West Coast time).
