Author has two names

So the author Katie Bowes is the same author as K.T. Bowes

She has written under both names but has attributed both her author names in some of her works.
Only one of her profiles has been claimed by her and I was wondering what steps should be taken in this case.

Also, when adding a new book for her, she wanted it under the name Katie Bowes, and trying to add K.T Bowes to the book has well hasn't worked. I have tried 3 times now to add another author (even though it's herself anyway) and waited at least ten minutes after each time but it's not showing up.

Can someone take a look at that also please?

She writes under both names so we always keep both accounts. No steps need to be taken.

Adding a second author which is very similar the first author frequently causes pain and suffering. The system will assume that there is a mistake in the second one and ignore it. Post such issues in this group and we can play with it until it works.
