Why does this book show (1) after the title?

From what I can tell this is the first book in a series. The series is to be called: Cinnamon Greene Adventure Mysteries.

I would update the title to: The Bride Wore Black (Cinnamon Greene Adventure Mysteries, #1)

Also this is a Kindle edition and should use the ASIN instead of ISBN, so from Amazon's page I would update that to: B00DXMRG2C.

yup, it was mainly correct. I fixed the series and am just adding it now.
