Oh wow! quick! and thanks for the author profile link too - it was my next question. One other question, it is currently only available for sale on Amazon, but there is no link to that on Goodreads - can it be done?

If I click on the green 'online stores' button then select 'Amazon UK' I get:

Should be the same for other Amazons as well.
I am not getting that here (I'm in Australia). I'm getting only Book Depository and Kobo.Weirdly, when I follow the link you have given me I get an Amazon review written by an English writer that does not appear when I access the Amazon page from Australia. And the two reviews that appear when I access Amazon from Australia, are missing from the English page... but I guess these last weirdnesses are questions for Amazon!
Click on 'more' (next to the green buttons). Wait for it to finish thinking then click on 'customize order'. If you select "au" for country there are 72 bookshops & suchlike. Click 'add' and they will be added to the list of suppliers that you see. They are editable for all members.
On Amazon UK I see reviews by Diana Johns and Tammy Phelps
Thanks! That's really weird because they are the two reviews I see here in Australia too. But on the link you gave me there is one from ellenq, but the other two don't appear. Will ask Amazon.
I can upload/email a cover image.
