Also for some reason there's another book added also without cover. Please remove the second book with the same title.

It appears that one of the books is an ebook with an ISBN and the other is a Kindle edition with an ASIN. I have therefore corrected the information on them (added in the 10-digit ISBN for the ebook and moved the ASIN code to the correct place and added that it's a Kindle edition) and have combined them.

I was also able to source a cover image for them from Amazon (from the Kindle edition).
