Yes, it will. There is both a free Kindle reader app and a NOOK reader app for the iPad.

Kindle Reader for iPad (for MOBI files):

NOOK Reader for iPad (for EPUB files):

Simply download my book in the format of your choice to your desktop, unzip the files, upload them to your iPad, and open the books in the befitting reader.

Francis Franklin (francisjamesfranklin) | 544 comments I read EPUB in iBooks on my iPad. You can usually download in Safari then use "Open in..." to move it to iBooks.
