Yes, it will. There is both a free Kindle reader app and a NOOK reader app for the iPad.

Simply download my book in the format of your choice to your desktop, unzip the files, upload them to your iPad, and open the books in the befitting reader.

I read EPUB in iBooks on my iPad. You can usually download in Safari then use "Open in..." to move it to iBooks.
