Your BookLikes names - Please post your name here
http://fuzzycerts.booklikes.com/i'm not too sure i even like booklikes, tbh. the site's a bit glitchy for me.
Give it a try. The blogging thing is fun and now there are groups. I still haven't got used to it though so I'm still here too.
I finally took the time to join. I plan to upload my content from goodreads sometime this weekend. http://sheric.booklikes.com/

It was our "present" last Thursday!
So far, Booklikes is a gift with no strings attached!

Dawid is after building up a company that will also rake in the millions. I hope he finds an alternative revenue stream to selling out to Amazon. Right now there are only about 11K people so that is a long way off.
http://eriemaxwell.booklikes.comI'm not leaving GR at the moment, but it's good to have somewhere to post reviews.

I did that as well, especially for my avatar.

You would probably have to start a group - GR refugees or something like that.
http://casualdebris.booklikes.com/Haven't yet added books or fully explored the site. I'll get around to it, albeit slowly.
Having a link to your Goodreads profile in the sidebar is helpful so people can refer back to profiles to see who you are. The last few people who followed me seem tantalizingly familiar because of shared friends even though the names and avatars are different. I'm madly trying to figure out who they are!

Lee wrote: "Having a link to your Goodreads profile in the sidebar is helpful so people can refer back to profiles to see who you are."Lee, I'm still trying to figure out how to do that re BL and LT. I have a real mental block going with learning new sites. I've got the instructions, but I really need step by step by step right now.
And, of course, many people are leaving Goodreads, so those links for them would go nowhere. For them, putting their GR name in their blog description we see at the top of their BL page would help.
I'm on Booklikes as Parkville Bookworm. I'm mostly using my profile there to keep track of what I want to buy for my bookstore.http://parkvillebookworm.booklikes.com/
Lisa, I think I can tell you, see if this is clear enough.
Go to the settings wheel in the top right. Click on it. Go to the Blog tab and open it. Scroll down to where it says Customize Theme and click on the green customize button. Look down below the theme information where it says "Social Profiles". Near the bottom there is a space for you to enter your goodreads profile URL. Add it in the box and click save and it should appear on your profile.
I hope that helps. It's about the only thing I've done apart from adding background wallpaper. xoxoxo

I have a bookshop too.

Oh? I might have to visit, if I get out your way. Where's yours located?
http://coastrange.booklikes.com/ Not sure if I will really use it. I didn't like being assigned 25 people to follow right off the bat. I admit it wasn't too hard to figure out how to "unfollow" them. We'll see.

I only got two - Dawid and BookLikes. I wonder why?
Not sure, but at some point I ticked absolutely everything I thinked. I'm like that, don't want to say the wrong thing in case I miss the party.
I think if you tick just 1 genre you only get Dawid and BookLikes following you. If you tick a lot or if you say 'later' then you get everyone added.
Huh - I didn't tick anything and was still assigned 25 randoms to follow who I later unfollowed. There seems to be no sense to it.
If you tick none you get everyone added too, I forgot to say that. The trick seems to be to tick just one genre.
donno if i posted yet, but the link to mine is http://skinnydippingintobooks.booklik.... i think you can like it from there

It's a nice friendly site with responsive owners. I'm not leaving Goodreads though, or not yet. They'd need a much bigger database of books for me to do that. Could happen!
