encourage read and review for Aussie writers/readers?

Hi, sorry if i'm posting in the wrong session... Just some idea, what about we do some read and review books for aussie writers? perhaps we may need to do some sort of rules, for example, the author must be a new publish author for not more than 5 years or unpublish author or indi author? In this way, we can encourage readers to read and support new domestic authors, and also helping domestic authors as well. We can use our group as a marketing tool for new authors, and also work with events like GetReading, or writers festivals,... What do you think?
