The main character was a young boy who was the last in a family line of knights or dragonslayers that could see dragons. These dragons were all over the world in disguise as humans and apparently they were evil so this boy had to find them. Each dragon had a color theme, I remember this specifically. For example, the white dragon dressed in all white, collected paintings that were all white (a ghost walking his white dog in a blizzard kind of thing) and listened to white noise on the tv. Also, the dragons had this power that affected the immediate area and people around them, and it was different for each. I also remember there was a black dragon in China that lived in the sewer, and he made the people above him mutate together into one mass like siamese twins? That sounds really freaky, but that's why I remember it!
