Help- not about this book i picked

So I read this book before but cannot remember the title of it at all. I read it this year so it is not that old. I remember that it is college romance about a girl and boy who fall in love. The boy character is deaf so he has to lip read people. She slowly learns to sign and she tells him about the cochlea ear transplant that he can get. he tells her that he does not want it because people will look at him weird. Its an 18 and older book in a school setting. She meets him in class or something.
